FACILITIES USAGE AGREEMENT
UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CHECK IN WITH FACILITY COORDINATOR. AFTER UNLOADING, ALL VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKED IN DESIGNATED PARKING AREA
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ILLEGAL DRUGS. FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS SHALL BE PERMITTED ON THE' PREMISES AT ANY TIME. ANYONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN OR AROUND ANY BUILDINGS ON THE PREMISES.
EACH GROUP SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRST AID, EMERGENCY CARE AND TRANSPORTATION. ADEQUATE MEDICAL INSURANCE MUST BE FURNISHED BY AND IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH GROUP.
CAMPERS FURNISH THEIR OWN BEDDING AND TOILETRIES
EACH GROUP SHALL PROVIDE CHAPERONS AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. SUGGESTED RATIO IS 1 ADULT TO 10 MINORS.
CAMPFIRES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF ADULT IN CHARGE OF THE GROUP
TO USE THE POOL; EACH GROUP MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CERTIFIED LIFE GUARD TO REMAIN ON DUTY WHILE CAMPERS ARE IN POOL AREA.
ALL FACILITIES MUST BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS FOUND UPON ARRIVAL. ANY DAMAGE DONE TO GROUNDS AND FACILITIES WILL BE REPAIRED AND DEDUCTED FROM DEPOSIT AND/OR BILLED DIRECTLY TO RENTER, PAYABLE UPON RECEIPT.
PLEASE FURNISH FAMILIES WITH A CELL PHONE NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE PERSON WITHIN YOUR GROUP TO CONTACT WHILE CAMPERS ARE HERE IN THE EVENT OF QUESTIONS OR EMERGENCY.
